Here's another recent commission job that I completed for a fellow gamer. It is a 28mm scaled U.S. Marshal's Office. I learned a couple of new techniques with this one including making the jail cell bars. The walls are made from foam-core with scored cereal box on each side to represent vertical wood boards. Balsa wood details were added and a foam-care roof with balsa soffits glue on and a painted, sandpaper roof. The whole building is glued down to a 1/8" mdf base. Of course I forgot to take pictures of the finished model with the paint touch-up and the weathering.
I set this up so that I can ramble on about my lead (and plastic) mountain, my endless gaming, miniature, and terrain projects, and other
insights into various games.
You'll find lots of 'pretty pictures', various modeling techniques, and hopefully some inspiration for your own lead pile. You're bound to
find something amongst my games and photos that interests you.
Sit back, open a cold one, and enjoy.
